Anchor system to fiat

Players have 2 options to level up their Zomons. Using the $MATIC/$GOLD token or using fiat money. In this way, the player will be able to make a micro-transaction to raise the level of his Zomon and in addition, the value of the $GOLD/MATIC token will be anchored to the fixed price in dollars that the use of this mechanic costs.
